It answers calls, web chat and SMS, answers common questions from your business information, books appointments only after the slot is actually saved, logs the contact in your CRM, and hands the conversation to a human when it needs one.
No. It handles scheduling and communication only — never diagnosis, symptoms or treatment. Lunessa is not a medical records system and is not designed for HIPAA, so clinical details should stay out of it.
Yes. Key actions wait for your approval, and each AI agent can only use the tools and data it has been granted for its job.
A live 30-chair waiting-room board, plus a private tracking link that shows each customer their place in line. It is included from Growth. On Scale, customers can also share their location for GPS travel times — only if they choose to and allow it.
Nothing is deleted. Paid features switch off, your account stays open and your history becomes read-only. Renew at any time to switch your receptionist and workspace back on, or ask us to delete your account.
